The package price includes the tournament registration and the use of the sport venues at all times. There is no separate entry fee to pay.

Pay 30% of the balance to confirm your registration, by the day noted in the email.
Pay the balance of the accommodation and registration fee by the date noted in the email.

Please keep in mind that all bank fees regarding the transfer of the 30% participation down payment should be borne by you, not us. In case we don't receive the amount stated in the pro-forma invoice sent to you, we shall not accept the payment(s). Belgrade Sport Tournament will not guarantee team registrations if they don't complete the payment before the established date.
In case of your cancellation within 2 months of the tournament, 100% of the down payment participation fee is non-refundable. We reserve the right to keep that amount to settle the hotel cancellation and all other fees for booking your places. Important notice: cancellations made after 8 February 2027 are non-refundable.
Please take note that we do not cover insurance in case of injuries. However, we will provide immediate help at sports venues. It is the responsibility of the participating teams to ensure that their athletes are adequately insured in their respective home countries.
We recommend you check in 1 day prior to the tournament opening, since the tournament starts at 9:00 AM.
