Due to the very limited amount of time available, the utmost punctuality is required from all teams.

A team failing to report to its assigned match with a delay of more than 10 minutes from match start will lose by forfeit. The opposing team, if present, will be declared winner, by a score of 3‐0.

The number of changes during the match is unlimited. The changes must be made when the ball is not in play and with previous consent of the referee.

Offside rule will be applied.

Men’s Football Competition

Number of Groups: 2

Number of teams per group: 4 (maximum)

Duration of matches

60 minutes (30′ per period) during all the matches of the competition.

Matches will be arbitrated by official referees. Organizing committee is demanding maximum sportsmanship and fair play from players.

Teams shall be classified according to their win-loss record, namely 3 classification points for each game won, 1 classification point for each game tied and 0 classification points for a game lost including the loss by forfeit.

If two or more teams are tied in points at the end of the qualifying round, the final group ranking of each team will be determined as follows:

Goal difference (goals for vs. goals against).

In case of a tie in goal difference, head-to-head games between the teams concerned.

Greater number of goals scored (best offence).

In case of a tie in goals in favor (best offense), there will be a penalty shoot-out round between the two teams (3 penalty kicks per team).

The half‐time intervals during the rounds will have only the necessary duration to drink water and change sides, and in no case exceeding 3 minutes.

During the final, the halftime interval will last 5 minutes.

Participants must know the “Official Football Rules” and abide by them.

Participants must accept referees’ decisions with sportsmanlike conduct, without disputing them.

In case of doubt, clarification may be requested only through the team captain.

Participants must refrain from actions or attitudes aimed at influencing the decisions of the referees or covering up faults committed by their team.

Participants must behave respectfully and courteously in the spirit of FAIR PLAY, not only towards the referees, but also towards other officials, the opponents, team-mates and spectators.

Communication between team members during the match is permitted.
